The pendant must have a ring itself to accomindate the bail such as our religious medals. The chain size noted is 1 mm less than the rings ID (inside diameter) to account for the pendants ring.

However pendants or medals that already have factory soldered chain bails incorporated should not be altered. Altering factory work voids their return policy thus ours.
